JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage 2-5 (dependent upon complexity) new product development projects in a global aerospace engineering organization
* Working cross functionally to maintain project scope, cost and schedule.
* Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and while monitoring and controlling the project"s scope to prevent scope creep.
* Makes decisions on project activities to balance scope, schedule, and cost while keeping in mind the strategic impact to the business and the company"s priorities.
* Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, set deadlines to meet the master schedule, assign responsibilities and hold team members accountable
* Communicate with the customer and internal stakeholders, and monitor and control progress of projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) or Higher
* 7+ years of relevant experience; Aerospace experience is preferred.
* 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a large organization with multiple locations and cross functional teams.
