**We’re searching for the right candidate to bring your “A” Game to the Analyst Relations function. You’ll support the Analyst Relations team in fostering strong relationships with industry analysts and providing strategic insights to the business. You should shine at relationship-building, and engendering trust with the analyst community. Previous work in analyst relations or channel management is preferred.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**· Analyst Engagement:**
+ **Build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts to support corporate objectives.**
+ **Coordinate and manage briefings, inquiries, and research requests to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful communication.**
**· Strategic Insights:**
+ **Translate analyst feedback and market research into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.**
+ **Provide advice to leadership on industry trends and competitive positioning based on specialized knowledge.**
**· Policy and Process Management:**
+ **Comply with all policies regarding sharing of confidential information with analysts.**
+ **Make sure NDAs are in place (approved by Legal) for both ongoing engagements, and additional NDAs for project-specific information sharing.**
**· Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
+ **Partner with marketing, communications, product, and sales teams to align analyst relations efforts with broader company goals.**
+ **Support the integration of analyst insights into go-to-market strategies and portfolio planning.**
**· Deliverables Management:**
+ **Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of analyst interactions to inform business decisions.**
**Interactions:**
+ **Collaborate closely with other members of the marketing department, including communications, product marketing, and demand generation teams, to align analyst relations efforts with broader marketing strategies and programs.**
+ **Clearly articulate the objectives of analyst relations initiatives, demonstrating how they support the organization's strategic goals and enhance market positioning.**
+ **Provide guidance and insights to peers within marketing operations on effectively integrating analyst feedback and research into day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic plans and messaging.**
**Problem Solving:**
+ **Contribute to the successful planning and execution of analyst relations activities by participating in special assignments and addressing challenges encountered during implementation.**
+ **Set priorities for managing analyst relations initiatives, involving other marketing professionals or stakeholders as needed to resolve more complex issues or ensure alignment with organizational goals.**
+ **Leverage expertise in analyst relations and the broader marketing mix to provide guidance and support to team members, helping to identify and resolve challenges effectively.**
+ **Participate in the development, implementation, and management of budgets related to analyst relations projects, ensuring that financial considerations and challenges are proactively addressed.**
**Available pay for this role is $25.00 to $26.82 per hour.**
