Job Description

Onin Staffing is looking for an Analyst Relations Contractor to support a leading Analyst Relations team in fostering strong industry analyst relationships and providing strategic insights to drive business success.

What you'll do as an Analyst Relations ContractorAnalyst Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts, managing briefings, inquiries, and research requests to ensure impactful communication.Strategic Insights: Translate analyst feedback and market research into actionable insights for leadership and internal teams.Policy and Process Management: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, manage NDAs, and oversee secure information sharing with analysts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, communications, product, and sales teams to integrate analyst insights into strategies and portfolio planning.Deliverables Management: Create reports, presentations, and summaries of analyst interactions to inform decision-making.

Work Experience
Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Proven experience in analyst relations, channel management, or related fields.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to synthesize complex feedback into actionable recommendations.Knowledge of industry trends and competitive positioning.Experience with cross-functional collaboration to align strategies.
Preferred Skills:Prior experience working in marketing, communications, or sales functions.Expertise in managing NDAs and secure data sharing processes.Familiarity with the broader marketing mix and integrating insights into campaigns.Ability to manage budgets and address financial considerations for projects.
