The program provides exposure to a variety of roles, allowing you to develop organization-wide context while building skills in analytics, strategy, communication, and influence. The Program:
The Analyst Rotation Program (ARP) is a 2-year journey beginning July 2025 with three 8-month rotations across various teams within the CarMax analyst community.
Analysts start together as a cohort, sharing experiences and building strong connections throughout the program.
