The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Analyst will execute analysis of multiple points of data and provide clear and concise reporting while maintaining company reporting systems. The Analyst will act as the point person for customer analytics and will share feedback to internal and external partners. This role will liaise between the Sales and Procurement teams to signal when production on goods is needed prior to season releases and during the year. The Analyst will offer insight into data and will facilitate solution-oriented strategies to drive the bottom line.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the sales team in achievement of performance objectives including sales units, dollars and AUP. Delivers analysis to senior management (US and global), product, marketing, and planning teams weekly, monthly, seasonally by product category and channel. Report on retail sell through, wholesale shipments, account inventory levels, sell-in, sell-thru, performance tracking, stock to sales ratio, top door analysis, ROI’s. Contribute to development of seasonal recaps that identify opportunities to influence sales strategies and drive brand and assortment planning. Provides production requests to procurement team for pre-market and post-market fulfillment of season orders utilizing line sheets from brand on new product releasing Provides updates on production timing for goods procured by team, place production requests throughout year on goods, and track special projects throughout the year Provides consistent updates to internal teams of business outlook as compared to forecast and budget monthly. Active collaboration with Sales in defining assortment strategies by account-consistent updates to the Assortment Management Tool Partner with the Account Managers to compile post-market feedback, and deliver analysis on overall performance of new deliveries Monitor customer’s weekly replenishment order flow and monthly return requests Provide sell out analysis and communicate opportunities and risks. Develop shipment forecast in collaboration with the Account Manager and Director. Partners with account, buying and planning teams for the purpose of communicating order related information and open to buy strategies. Communicate results/trends to Account Managers to create strategy to optimize opportunities and minimize risk. Deliver reporting as requested by the brand team, inventory planning and business intelligence team. Develop relationships with internal departments to support the Account Manager and drive segment strategies. Works with Account Managers to plan, reconcile and report monthly co-op log and workbook.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of experience in sales analyst role Preferred retail experience – planning/buying Eperience working with multiple data sources including Retail POS from syndicated source (SPS, SkyPad, or Edifice) Knowledge of retail sell out and retail math. Strong analytical skills, verbal and written skills Ability to establish key management relationships within the department store environment Effective project management and organization skills Ability to succeed in a complex environment Strong Microsoft Suite skills, and familiarity with SAP, Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI

​Pay Range: 63,613.20  - 92,574.80 

 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
