Analyst/Senior Analyst - Partner Inventory Operations

And our Pricing & Revenue Management team is providing fuel for that journey by ensuring that we maximize our ticket revenue on every single flight across our network – both domestically and internationally – while giving our customers various product offerings for their travel. By analyzing market trends and forecasting consumer demand, this team works hard to ensure we are selling the right number of tickets at the right price to optimize our revenue and run a profitable airline. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage a portfolio of codeshare partner for Alliances identifying, researching and resolving daily reported issues and implementation of partners for codeshare and interline relationships + Assigned Alliance partner portfolio of about 10 carriers + SHARES and Alliance partner Implementations, projects and enhancements + Proactively support the Reservations and Airport help desk with researching and resolving Availability, Inventory and PNRs related issues + Conduct availability audits and ad-hoc analysis of schedule synchronization + Liaise with HP, external partners and internal technical teams to write requirements, create enhancements and coordinate implementations of new partner projects as well as any new system enhancements for HPFares **Please Note: Candidates may be considered for either the Analyst or Sr. Analyst level, dependent upon years of experience and education. Salary reflected is for the Sr. Analyst level. This is a Houston-based, Hybrid role, with a 50-75% in office requirement.** **Qualifications** **What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):** + Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience + Strong problem solving and analytical skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + 4 years of Reservations, Airport or Alliances experience + Minimum 5 Years experience with SHARES or equivalent system particularly in areas of system messaging, interline reservations and teletype rejects + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship + Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification + Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position United Airlines is an equal opportunity employer. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
