This job is within the American Airlines Federal Credit Union. The role is responsible for supporting efforts to identify and align key operational metrics for focus across the organization. It will assist with leveraging data, industry trends and project initiatives to identify and move forward opportunities and recommendations for product growth. Efforts will be a mix of team-driven and collaborative across departments to heighten organizational awareness, evaluate product performance and drive growth.
**What you'll do**
+ Develop and coordinate efforts for scorecards of key products
+ Develop, evaluate and communicate product and service line P&L analysis where warranted
+ Perform performance analysis for Credit Union products and services and shares observations
+ Design and maintain custom reports using various systems and industry data to analyze and identify trends and performance
+ Actively collaborate and/or drives special projects to assess product performance and pursue growth opportunities
+ Prepare reports for senior management and Credit Union’s Board of Directors
+ Perform other duties, as assigned
+ The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

**Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ High school diploma or GED
**Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
+ Multiple years of data analysis experience strongly preferred
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
+ Knowledge of the Credit Union’s systems and SQL preferred
+ Knowledge and experience offering, evaluating and designing financial institution products and services
+ Experience reviewing and analyzing product and channel delivery is a plus
+ Ability to be self-directed and comfortable with accepting ownership, responsibility and accountability of functional obligations
+ Ability to exercise creative problem solving skills
+ Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team
+ Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff
+ Ability to self-motivate with strong organizational and analytical skills and capacity for attention to detail
+ Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
+ Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
+ Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
+ Ability to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks
