+ This job is part of the Currency Partnerships Team within the Commercial Division.
+ Responsible for leadings and executing initiatives that drive innovation and growth for our co-brand portfolio.
**What you'll do**
+ Benchmarks co-brand credit card products, propositions, and campaigns with alternatives in the marketplace and identifies opportunities to improve customer experience and increases realization of portfolio objectives
+ Collaborates with issuer, network, agency, and internal stakeholders to plan and execute innovative projects
+ Creates, revises, and/or analyzes complex contracts and proposals to ensure value maximization and to support negotiations with third-party partners
+ Develops reports and presentations that help the senior leaders align key stakeholders negotiate with partners
+ Coordinate customer communications with issuers, network and agencies to ensure accurate and consistent messaging of information
+ Serve as an internal advocate for co-brand card products in cross-functional working groups and business teams

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or equivalent experience/training
+ 3 years of work experience
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Master of Business Administration or graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics or related field
+ Prior experience in loyalty marketing, credit card marketing, or financial services
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Exceptional business acumen with firm grasp of marketing principles, economic concepts, and customer-focused mindset
+ Knowledge of AAdvantage co-brand credit card products and propositions as well as consumer alternatives
+ Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated experience in data modeling and analysis
+ Effective organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
+ Compelling written and oral communication skills capable of influencing others across levels of the organization
+ Initiative to identify areas of interest beyond those that are specifically assigned
