We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytically minded Strategy & Business Operations Analyst to join our Strategic Planning & Business Operations (SP&BO) team at Action Behavior Centers. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational leadership with insightful analysis, strategic recommendations and operational implementation on the patient funnel to drive data-driven decision-making in advancing the overall growth of the company. This position will support the Sr. Manager in taking ownership of the entire patient onboarding funnel, from lead generation to patient starts and eventually evolve into the subject matter expert (SME) in driving pipeline engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across various departments and the ability to influence decision-making and drive changes that will truly impact the company.
Duties & Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize patient onboarding funnel by combining data analytics, qualitative insights, and business partnering. Collaborate with various department leads spanning Operations, Marketing, Real Estate and People Services to implement strategic improvement plans focused on the patient funnel. Create in-depth analysis to support enterprise level goal creation, measure performance against goals and strategize effective plans to “reach and beat” established goals. Build and prepare weekly/monthly presentations to senior leadership highlighting performance trends, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategic adjustments to enhance pipeline generation efforts. Partner with the Business Intelligence team to implement data input processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of CRM and dashboarding data. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and analyze business trends to support different departments pertaining to ABC growth initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, finance, economics, etc.). 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, management consulting, strategy, sales or business operations, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel); fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBi or Google Data Studios) is a plus. Experience working with multiple departments and leadership. Critical Traits: Self-starter who can think critically and excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Ability to multitask, balance multiple high priority tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data. Ability to collaborate in a team- oriented environment and effectively communicate with members across various departments and levels. Strong written and oral communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
