This person will partner with the field, corporate, franchisees and vendors to deliver world-class Talent Management programming to support overall business goals while continuously evaluating program effectiveness and seeking ways to improve. They play a key role in developing and administering management development, leadership development, team development, coaching and diversity solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities Work Done Right Superuser – Execute all maintenance tasks in Oracle Cloud needed to run Talent and Performance modules, such as creating a goal library, running scheduled processes, creating and updating performance document templates, eligibility profiles, managing talent pools, succession plan ownership, among other activities. Understand and problem solve user experience issues related to module design; serve as the center of excellence’s representative to respond to inquiries about configuration. Maintain and deploy technical training and change management materials as system improvements and Oracle releases of new functionality become available. Support quarterly patch testing execution and share impacts to business team if required.Program Management Support - Develop and provide program management (communications, vendor interactions, administration) for employee Opinion and Employment Brand measurement; example work includes mapping out, drafting, executing communication plans; creating and maintaining rosters, user sheets, FAQs, survey design documents, permission matrix, intranet resources, and communicating to franchisees regarding survey participation, costs, ROI, process; monitoring of survey completion, adding/editing user accounts, and distribution of reports; analyzing and reporting on trends and action steps. Manage surveys inbox by creating tools that provide an efficient response and process support, enabling our Talent programs to be more effectively used by those who participate in them.Reporting – Learn and manage multiple vendor platforms across Talent Management programs with a key focus on reporting capabilities. Audit, correct, and provide foundational analysis on results based on these reports to support process and program improvements across initiatives. Run, improve, and troubleshoot all talent and performance reports connected to Work Done Right platform to support annual calendar of events and special initiative analysis.
Hiring Assessments – Manage scheduling debriefs, completion tracking, report storage, creation of supporting materials, and technology navigation for our hiring assessments supporting corporate and restaurant leadership roles. Works with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Manager, Talent Manager, HRBP and employee to answer questions and ensure consistent and timely responses regarding logistical steps and details surrounding assessment process, accountabilities and systems. Manage monthly invoices and expenditures against the budget in partnership with Talent Manager and vendor.Flex Work – update and manage flex work form documentation and journey steps. Support requests around reporting and trends; managing completion updates throughout the year. Maintain communication materials, schedule, and RACI to support ongoing living out of our Flex Work Culture. What we expect from you Education: Bachelors Degree Additional education information (major, etc.): Bachelor’s degree In HR Management, business, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred)Human Capital Management System knowledge such as Oracle, Workday, or other.Skills: project management, strong verbal and written communications, adaptable and able to effectively manage ambiguity, problem solve, and strong technical aptitude.1 year of combined experience in talent management, learning & development, HRIS, or other human resources function. Technical skills: Proficient in MS Excel. The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
