Who We’re Looking ForThis position is responsible to ensure Toyota has reduced liability when developing agreements with secondary and post-secondary educational programs.  These contracts include, but are not limited to, TTEN and TECS Elite programs, both initial and extension contracts, for instructional support of student technicians, instructor training requirements, vehicle and equipment donation or lease, asset restrictions and allowable usage.

What You’ll Be Doing This person will be responsible for managing T-TEN and TECS Elite Contracts, tracking metrics for TECS and TECS Elite programs, manage the flow of the TECS Elite program builds, and document department processes with SOPs and flowcharts.Other key responsibilities include system support for T-TEN Online and access for instructors, school coordinators, and students to educational and instructional products.  Also works closely with the Field Managers and schools to ensure recruitment and graduation requirements are acknowledged and promotional products are selected, acquired, and distributed. 

What You BringProficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceProficiency in proofing and editing documents (Word, PowerPoint, Flow charts)

Added Bonus If You Have Previous experience in reviewing contractsPrevious experience in partnering with schools/colleges
