ResponsibilitiesCharacteristics:
Looking for a self-motivated individual that can create a plan of work and follow it through to completion while working with Ascension Technologies and our clinical partners. This person is adaptable, has strong collaboration skills, able to influence
others, presents with positivity, and is well spoken.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (some flexibility in arranging start/stop times with direct supervisor). Occasional weekends, evenings or nights as part of a team on-call schedule required to provide remote clinical support for urgent issues.
Key responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years experience with Hemo applications.Knowledge in supporting Merge Hemo, Change Healthcare Hemo, GE ComboLab/CardioLab and Philips XIM.Knowledge and experience with analyzing HL7 and billing DFT messages.Understanding of integration between Hemo applications and bedside monitoring devices.Knowledge of networking between hardware and software and Active Directory domain structure.Knowledge and experience in writing SQL queries.Knowledge in Merge UDR reporting.RequirementsEducation:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
