Job overview and responsibilities
The Total Rewards Analyst will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to the various aspects of benefits and compensation consulting and to provide direct support to the design and implementation of several global core programs. This also includes market data intelligence gathering and governance as well as global total rewards administration and compliance.

Compensation Programs SupportAnalysis, research, and reporting of Compensation, Benefits and HR Information SystemsParticipate and track annual salary surveys, and conduct analysis to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance in order to attract, motivate and retain key talentResearch best local market practices in benefits, compensation, allowances, etc. and provide proposals to implement total reward practicesAnalyze and maintain United internal and external compensation dataReview internal and external offers in accordance with United Compensation philosophyOther analytical projects as requiredGlobal Compensation & Benefits Administration & Compliance administration
Evaluate all new jobs/reclassifications, or reorganizations to determine appropriate salary, grade and job title governancePerform regular audits of the job data and compensation data to ensure changes are within guidelines and have all necessary approvalsMake corrections in systems, as necessaryOnboarding benefits administrationSupport with market pricing the jobs to ensure United is market competitiveHR Information Systems support
Audit and maintain HR Information systems across the enterprise to ensure all relevant types of compensation: gross salary (CTC), bonus, benefits and allowances, etc. are kept up to date in PeopleSoftAnnual compensation program administration support
Locally lead the administration of global common compensation review process, including preparation of data and system, communication and training to HR Partners, and consolidation of data for approvalsProvide the reporting for the annual salary increase and bonus allocation processes by preparing the review files, uploading new recommendations and preparing files for Corporate/Divisions approvalAdditional projects and responsibilities as required

QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degreeConcentration in human resources and or analytical fields (finance, accounting, business administration, or economics)Min 2 years of relevant work experience Compensation, Business management, and/or Human resources experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHave a strict attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyDemonstrate knowledge of Compensation, benefits and HR Information Systems principles and practicesHave an overall understanding for processes, continuous improvement work, and an ability & interest in championing new ideas for potential adoptionHave analytical and quantitative skills (Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint)Executive presence, relationship-building, decision-making and advanced discernment skillsDemonstrate a high level of responsiveness, can-do and serviceability approachMust be legally authorized to work in Indiafor any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionPreferred
