How will you make an impact in this role?  

American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) offers powerful backing and support that helps companies of all sizes gain financial savings, control and efficiency. We provide a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing. The Global Commercial Services Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end global marketing strategy and distribution plan for our prospect & customer segments around the world.  

The Managed Customer Marketing team supports top clients in the Small and Medium Enterprise segment, partnering with Account Development and Sales teams to drive spend and help Card Members maximize their Membership. The analyst will be a key player in our strategy to expand cross-sell across top clients, representing a major opportunity for GCS. 

Key Responsibilities include:  

Coordinate across multiple teams to develop sales support materials, launch programs, and upskill/train teams as needed.  Manage end to end process of creating customer-centric collateral (talk tracks, training decks, emails, one-pagers, videos);  Collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, and other review teams to facilitate campaign and creative approvals.  Manage end to end execution process for welcome offers; maintain offer set up, track results, update forecasts and manage budget. 

Minimum Qualifications:  

Demonstrated thought leadership and interest in dialogic innovation Ability to quickly build relationships and communicate with cross-functional teams in an influential yet collaborative manner Analytical thinker who can evaluate data and make informed recommendations Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives Self-starter who can operate autonomously and is resilient in a dynamic environment; thrives in white space Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skillsDepending upon level of experience, candidates can potentially be considered for a Senior Analyst position. 

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
