As an Analytical Business Development Manager based anywhere in Spain or Portugal, you will own the creation and execution of the Analytical portfolio sales and marketing plan, identify unmet customer needs, explore new market opportunities, motivate the sales channel through a solution selling model and proactively lead strategic face to face meetings with customers all over Spain and Portugal on a regular basis.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Promote the Analytical product line in the market by developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with those of the region and business unit(s). Identify new business opportunities (industries, applications, customers), convert them into action plans and establish measures with sales management for success. Gain and apply product and industry knowledge to develop market penetration plans to increase the sales of Analytical portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales Force, the Business Unit and with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all business development activities. Maintain regular customer meetings and drive solution demonstrations as part of the daily sales activity. Provide direction to the sales team on how to be successful both technically and commercially.Who You Are:
You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering or related field. Relevant experience in a similar technical sales position. Proficient technical knowledge in gas and liquid analytical solutions Fluent English and native Spanish or Portuguese language skills (verbal, read and written). Availability to travel (60%-70% of the time).Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
