Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to execute analytical testing in GC-FID, GC-MS, HPLC, and UV-Vis testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with scientists and engineers to plan experimental designs, solve challenging analytical problems in filtration product development, and provide clear and concise reports and data presentations. This role requires participation in problem-solving initiatives and the ability to provide recommendations to project teams based on analytical data. Additional assignments may include standardized testing and EHS initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesExecute analytical testing in GC-FID, GC-MS, HPLC, and UV-Vis testing.Collaborate with scientists and engineers to plan experimental designs and solve analytical problems in filtration product development.Analyze and interpret data, and author clearly articulated reports and data presentations.Participate in problem-solving and provide recommendations to project teams based on analytical data.Perform other assignments such as standardized testing and EHS initiatives as needed.Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, materials, or related fields.5+ years of relevant industrial experience.5+ years of hands-on experience with gas chromatography.8+ years of experience in an analytical chemistry lab.Expert in hands-on chromatography experience (e.g., HPLC, SEC, LCMS, GCMS) with 10+ years ideally.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
