What You'll Do:
As an Analytical Instrumentation Support, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation by supporting all Quality Control processes regarding Statistical Quality Control (SQC), instrument verification, validation, and Out of Specification (OOS) from QC perspective, including but not limited to all Standard Work Process (SWP), Management System, and analytical responsibilities. This opportunity provides analytical guidance, aid, and support to Quality Control Lab to achieve data and instrument reliability.
What We're Looking For:
Technical evaluation of QC Lab processes with respect to method and instrument validation and reliability. Review and analyze SQC data with a focus on instrument and technician performance and implement mitigating actions when appropriate. Primary person responsible for instrument manuals, calibration protocols and preventative maintenance plans. Provide recommendations to technicians to decrease analytical variation and enhance reliability. Participate in multifunctional project teams. Qualify new analytical techniques. Lead analytical test method implementation, verification, and validation. Champion new methods for improving QC Lab performance.Skills That Make a Difference:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in chemistry or related field. 5+ years of experience working in the Quality Assurance/Control Lab within the chemical manufacturing industry. Experience in instrumentation troubleshooting. Considered a Plus: Problem-solving abilities and passion for continuous improvement. Proactive mindset with proven track record of completing tasks/projects independently with minimal guidance. Communication skills, adaptability, teamwork, creativity, and strong work ethic. Familiarity with ISO9001:2015.
