Analytical Scientist Science & Research North Wales, PA, US Pay Rate Low: 45 | Pay Rate High: 47.49 + Added - 13/11/2024 Apply for Job We are seeking an experienced analytical scientist to join a leading global biotechnology company, where you will contribute to the development and optimization of cutting-edge analytical methods for small molecules and biologics in a dynamic, lab-based environment. **Type:** Contract **Pay:** Up to $47.49/hr **Location:** North Wales, PA (100% onsite) **Responsibilities:** + Develop and optimize analytical methods for small molecules, lipids, and biologics. + Perform routine lab testing using HPLC/UPLC, CE, cIEF, and Simple Western. + Process, document, and report experimental data accurately. + Prepare reagents and manage lab supplies. + Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments. + Ensure a safe, clean lab environment and comply with regulatory standards. + Prepare and maintain electronic lab notebooks and data documentation. + Review data for accuracy and consistency. + Collaborate with the team and communicate findings effectively. **Experience:** + Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC, CE, cIEF, and Simple Western. + Expertise in chromatography and capillary electrophoresis. + Familiar with MALS, DLS, Zeta Potential, and small molecule/biologic analysis. + Proficient in Empower, 32 Carat, and Microsoft Office. + Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills. **Education:** + Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (2+ years experience), or + M.S. with 5+ years of experience, or + B.S. with 7+ years of experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry.
