**Analytical Scientist** Science & Research Ridgefield, CT, US Pay Rate Low: 47.00 | Pay Rate High: 50.50 + Added - 10/02/2025 Apply for Job _Our client, a global leader in pharmaceutical development, is looking for a skilled Analytical Scientist (DMPK) in Fairfield County, CT to join their team!_ **Location** : Fairfield County, CT **Pay Rate:** $45- $47/ hr. **Contract Length** : 2 years **Position Summary** : In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytical methods for critical reagents used in regulated bioanalysis for GLP nonclinical and clinical studies. Your work will play a key role in supporting the discovery and development of our pharmaceutical products. **Key Responsibilities** : + Develop and optimize LC/MS methods for characterizing critical reagents + Conduct LC/MS analysis of reagent samples to ensure accuracy and reliability + Perform instrument calibration and manage data to ensure integrity + Prepare analytical reports based on experimental results + Archive analytical results and reports in electronic lab notebooks + Assist in general lab duties, including ordering reagents and supplies, managing instrument inventory, and supporting lab safety initiatives + Present results clearly through MS Office documents, reports, and presentations + Assist senior scientists in experimental design and execution when needed **Required Qualifications** : + Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in protein and antibody characterization in the Bio/Pharmaceutical industry + Proficiency in Liquid Chromatography (LC) + Knowledge of LC-MS analysis for proteins and antibodies is highly desirable + Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues in the lab + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong laboratory skills with the ability to handle moderate technical issues independently _*This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
