As a Manager of Analytics and Special Projects, you will support in managing high level initiatives, getting buy-in from stakeholders and helping develop a team of analysts.
Essential Functions:
Partner with operating managers and senior leaders to identify, develop, and implement strategies that drive business successCultivate robust relationships across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated projectsOversee the project portfolio and assist in prioritizing initiatives to align with various departmental roadmaps.Effectively allocate and optimize resources for projects, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and bottlenecksCapable of challenging existing processes to foster transformative changeSkilled in managing project inventory, with a strong capability to engage stakeholders, communicate proactively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability.Strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts to grow their skillsetsOther Duties:

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,000.00 - $115,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
