About the role:
Looking to make a big impact at a rapidly growing startup that is revolutionizing a multi-billion dollar industry? We are growing our analytics team and are looking for strategic thinkers to help our clients achieve marketing success. You will work on first-to-market measurement solutions that will shape the future of digital out-of-home analytics, not just for Vistar but for the industry as a whole. What You'll Do:Craft compelling and actionable insights utilizing a variety of robust data sets to proactively inform media strategy.Work with internal teams and clients to understand campaign objectives and define measurement strategy.Work with internal teams and external partners to implement measurement studies.Create and deliver mid and post-campaign performance analyses; work with the sales team to define and present upsell opportunities based on performance insights.Maintain Vistar’s media performance benchmarks and work with the marketing team to develop external case studies.Work with the sales and client services teams to define verticalized best practices and strategic insights based on performance of campaigns across the Vistar platform.Understand and educate internal teams on relevant measurement solutions; maintain relationships with third party measurement partners.Conduct deep-dive analyses and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.Work closely with product and engineering teams to productize new solutionsWhat experience we’re looking for:2-3 years of relevant experience.Bachelor’s degree.Proficient in Excel, PPTExperience with SQL Experience on an agency analytics, research, or consumer insights team.Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product).Experience analyzing data and communicating client-friendly insights.Knowledge of digital media.Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studios, Looker, etc.)Who you are:Eager to learn new thingsEnjoy working both independently and with othersWhat we offer:Flexible, fun start-up environment and cultureAn approachable and accessible C-SuiteComprehensive health benefits401k + matchQuarterly lifestyle stipendUnlimited PTO and summer FridaysCompany-wide and team-specific entertainment budgets for both in-person and virtual team building A flexible hybrid work environment, with a fully stocked kitchen, weekly catered lunches, and casual attire while in officeSponsored Volunteer Events and Vistar Gives Back programAt Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary. The salary range estimate for this position as performed in New York is $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The actual pay will be at Vistar Media’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
