Analytics Associate Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a a highly motivated and analytical Analytics Associate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and improving our business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The Analytics Associate Manager will work closely with various stakeholders across different verticals to understand current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize workflows and drive organizational success.

Overall, your role would involve a combination of technical expertise, project management, Team management and effective communication to successfully automate a large volume of reports for the organization.


In this role, you will:

Lead a team in completing deliverables for Reporting and Automation initiative.

Participate in complex Automation activities.

Proactively engage with other members of the analytics and address issues and blockers

Use Analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.

Meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and project managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Effectively communicate with and build consensus with all project stakeholders including US teams.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience working extremely well independently and self-motivated.


Required Qualifications:

9+ years of Analytical experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.

3-4+ years of management experience

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
