About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking the Analytics Consultant.


In this role, you will:

Consult with business line and enterprise functions on less complex research.Use functional knowledge to assist in non-model quantitative tools that support strategic decision making.Perform analysis of findings and trends using statistical analysis and document processPresent recommendations to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.Identify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiency.Participate in all group technology efforts including design and implementation of database structures, analytics software, storage, and processing.Develop customized reports and ad hoc analyses to make recommendations and provide guidance to less experienced staff.Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area.Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies.Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals.Collaborate and consult with more experienced consultants and with partners in technology and other business groups.


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

Experience building Tableau (preferably) or Power BI dashboards/reports.Experience building Tableau dashboards/reports.Experience in SQL query Development with Intermediate to (preferably) Advanced level is mandatory.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptabilityKnowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution.Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry.Good understanding of Campaign Lifecycle and familiarity with MarTech platforms like Adobe Experience Platform, UNICA etc.Experience with Aprimo software (primarily Marketing Operations and DAM).Experience with Teradata and Oracle reporting and management software.Experience with reporting/analytics using Marketing Campaign / Customer data.Experience working within a team environment collaborating with partners to output detailed reporting/analytics.Results-oriented with sense of urgency and ability to mobilize resources to accomplish business.


Job Expectations:

Strong communicator with effective listening and presentation skills, to build relationships with business partners.The Analytics Consultant within the Marketing Operational Reporting team will be directly responsible to develop, build and support front-line dashboards for Workflow activities. This role will support the dashboard/reporting needs for marketing teams across businesses as well as risk and compliance partners and platform owners as they onboard processes to Aprimo or other workflow tool environments. The types of reporting will include covering topics such as marketing campaign activities, campaign operations, and risk and controls. All such activities will be performed by marketers and risk and control partners within Aprimo or other workflow tools, and this role will provide the management support tools required through reporting and dashboards. To accomplish this, the incumbent will partner with each LOB to ensure the reporting meets the needs of their routines and provides the insights necessary for the LOB to make informed business decisions.
