Analytics Lead, Scaled Pricing Strategy

The Merchant Pricing team is looking for an Analytics Lead, Scaled Pricing Strategy to support our effort to drive sustainable growth through platform partners. In this role, you will define pricing strategy, drive go-to-market initiatives, perform pricing & economical analysis, and work closely with our Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering teams. You should combine exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, and deep knowledge of lending and/or payments space.

What You’ll Do

Work with various cross-functional teams to define pricing strategy, structure new platform deals, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate on new product go-to-market and new markets expansion

Leverage industry research, market report and other proprietary research to understand market sizing and product market fit

Draw insights from performance data, design and test new pricing and credit levels to optimize portfolio performance and economics

Conduct ad-hoc data analyses


What We Look For

Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity and an ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment

5+ years experience in a fast-paced strategy & analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, analytics, GTM, investment banking, deal desk, etc)

Strong analytical skills, proficient with analytical tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau / Looker / Power BI, bonus points for Python)

High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context

Ability to collaborate and influence across different teams in the organization

Base Pay Grade - M
Equity Grade - 5

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).

CAN base pay range per year: $142,000 - $192,000
