Analytics Solutions, Compliance - Executive Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Director to lead our Tools and Automation team in India, reporting directly to the Head of CCOR – Tools and Automation. This role encompasses location leadership and resource management, with a focus on pioneering the integration of generative AI and LLM technologies. As a key leader, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of AI copilots and LLM agents, transforming how our Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk (CCOR) teams utilize data and automation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Serve as the primary advocate for empowering CCOR teams with cutting-edge tools and data analytics solutions. Collaboration and Strategy Development: Partner with CCOR Line of Business (LOB) leaders to formulate and execute a comprehensive Tools and Automation strategy tailored to each LOB. AI Innovation: Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions, including LLM agents and copilots, to optimize compliance and operational risk processes. Technology Integration: Champion the seamless integration of ThoughtSpot and other AI-enhanced tools with existing platforms such as Tableau and UI Path. Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques to enhance the efficacy of generative AI tools. Mentorship and Development: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and tools, proposing forward-thinking solutions to advance team objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals, ensuring successful adoption and impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in software development, AI, or automation, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. Proficiency in Python, APIs, and automation frameworks (e.g., Alteryx, UI Path). Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, LLMs, or machine learning frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced knowledge of ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. Experience in developing and deploying AI copilots or similar technologies. Understanding of compliance and operational risk processes.
