Your role will ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability through effective governance, quality management, and integration processes. You will lead a team of data professionals, fostering a data-promote culture and continuously improving data delivery processes to support informed decision-making and promote organizational success.

Job responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to define a data management strategy aligned with organizational goals and establish a roadmap for initiatives. Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, defining standards and ownership guidelines. Implement processes to monitor and improve data quality, establishing controls and validation procedures for accuracy and consistency. Design and oversee data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow, collaborating with IT for security and privacy. Work with analysts to create impactful reports and dashboards, ensuring data is presented clearly for decision-making. Continuously evaluate and improve data delivery processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture

Leverage over 10 years of industry experience in the Data and Analytics domain to deliver impactful projects. Demonstrate expertise in handling large and complex data sets for data-related projects and products. Exhibit strong stakeholder and project management skills, including negotiation and collaboration. Lead and mentor teams of Data Analysts and Business Analysts, staying adept in the latest industry trends.
