The Analytics Technical Lead will manage, architect and analyze big data to build data-driven insights and high-impact data models. The Analytics Technical Lead will build models, conduct training / tuning, and deploy to live data pipelines. Responsibilities:  + Develop analytics products and models that drive value and insight into client business.  + Create a value chain to help address the challenges of acquiring data from multiple sources, evaluating its value, distilling & analyzing.  + Build and manage data pipelines integrated with enterprise data. Data pipelines include Python API queries to external services like Sprinklr, Google Analytics, RSS feed.  + Build Python algorithms using regression, k-means clustering, support vector machines, boosting, random forests, and/or neural networks.  + Design, build, test, and optimize queries and data cleanups.  + Perform data analysis on data monitoring reports to identify issues within assigned business system components.  + Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and developers.  + Perform code review to ensure best practices, coding standards, and efficiency.  + Engage with other analytics teams to design, develop, and integrate analytics solutions.  + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  + Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.  + Lead sprint meetings to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics projects.  + Continuously improve the analytics codebase and processes.  Required Skills/Abilities, Experience: + 5-8 years of design and development experience in advanced analytics including machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and statistical computations in Python and R.  + Strong background in data analysis with experience working with large data sets, data research, and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes.  + Proficiency in SQL development, including writing complex queries, sub queries etc.  + Previous experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, Natural Language Processing, and data augmentation to address imbalanced training sets.  + Knowledge of ML Ops best practices.  + Solid understanding of business intelligence (BI) platforms for data visualization and dashboard development.  + Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.  + Familiarity with web analytics and social media analytics.  + Ability to work in an Agile environment.  + Experience leading technical teams and performing code review.  + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.  What BLN24 brings to the Game: BLN24 benefits are game changing. We like our team to play hard and that means they need to be taken care of — physically, financially, and emotionally.
