SALARY: $79,200 - $89,100

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Job & The Team NAZTech is responsible for building software products that are a competitive advantage to our business. As a member of the BI Engineering team, you form part of the Engineering guild. In this role you will work at the intersection of understanding business problems so that you can build reporting applications and products that invoke people to take data driven decisions. This will entail developing a deep understanding of existing processes, data that supports the processes and high frequency iterations to ship aesthetically compelling visualizations and reporting products. You will also have the opportunity to influence architecture and technology to promote the quality and innovation necessary for industry changing data driven decisions at all levels of the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding existing processes and workflows through direct interactions with end users and cross-functional process owners.

Synthesis information and data from Users, Process Owners, to deliver simple, elegant, action invoking reports and applications.

Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into effective Anaplan solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Perform data integration tasks, including importing and exporting data from various sources into Anaplan.

Conduct testing and validation of Anaplan models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or challenges they may face with the Anaplan models.

Continuously monitor model performance and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

Build, test, and maintain import & export data pipeline in databricks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related engineering field.

Relevant real-world experience developing scalable reporting to answer business problems.

Experience in designing user experiences and building data models on cloud technology.

Passion and ability for esthetics, design, colors, user psychology and experimentation.

Proven experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or in a similar role.
