Anaplan Model Builder

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Anaplan team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Anaplan Model Builder/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Anaplan to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes.

We will count on you to:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards.Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models, capturing and delivering requirements for new or improved functionality to enhance user experience.Provide technical/application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, working closely with end-users to resolve system-related issues.

What you need to have:

At least 5 years of experience with the Anaplan product, including a minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models.Strong experience with core financial and enterprise performance management processes, including incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Successfully collaborated with stakeholders from various different departments to implement Anaplan solutions.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $62,600 to $125,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
