SHI is looking for an Anaplan Solutions Architect & Model Builder to join our growing Finance team. This full-time position will be responsible for requirements building, designing, developing, testing, and implementing Anaplan models. Individuals would lead the successful delivery of Anaplan Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota models through the application to SHI end-users.
This position will report to our Director of Transformation is required to report to the SHI Somerset, NJ office location.

Build and evaluate business requirements and consult with stakeholders to ensure model design reflects business needs. Design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions. Build and modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality. Create and maintain reporting analysis dashboards. Create and maintain UI dashboards for administrators and end-users. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand existing Excel models and translate them into efficiently built, dynamic, connected Anaplan models where information can be shared across the organization. Drive new or enhanced Anaplan implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings. Review, assess, and triage issues identified by End Users and perform root cause analysis to identify and build solutions Own Anaplan requirements backlog, system architecture, access management, configuration, and integration. Engage internal L&D teams on Change Management material from Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota updates. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experienceMinimum 3+ years working as an Anaplan Model BuilderDirect experience with new UX and dashboarding functionalityDeep understanding of data structure & integration Participated in data integration and migration solutions. Participated and lead UAT testing and deployment preferred Knowledge of incentive compensation, quota and territory, and sales performance processes preferred Advanced in Microsoft Excel Required Skills Strong Project Management skillsDemonstrated knowledge of an Agile implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/testing, and deployment. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
