Anatomic Pathology Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Anatomic Pathology Manager with HT or HTL certification preferred through ASCP to lead our dynamic and skilled team. This prestigious role is based at a world-class facility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the technical expert in anatomical pathology, overseeing the daily operations of the pathology department.
- Manage a team of over 50 personnel, including 5 direct supervisor reports, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal performance.
- Lead quality assurance and quality improvement programs, with 5-8 years of experience ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide leadership and direction to both civilian and military staff, leveraging 8-10 years of supervisory experience in anatomical pathology.
- Ensure seamless integration of pathology services with other clinical departments, which include Primary Care, Executive Medicine, Preventative Care, Hospital Care and Surgery, Behavioral Health, Urgent Care, and more.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain the highest standards of patient care and innovation, drawing on the legacy of medical excellence at this historical institution.
**Qualifications:**
- HT or HTL certification preferred through ASCP.
- 8-10 years of supervisory experience managing personnel in anatomical pathology.
- 5-8 years of experience with quality assurance programming and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of medical professionals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

**Pay Details:** $117,962.00 to $153,354.00 per year
