The Mobile Technology organization leads a coordinated technology approach to continually improve Schwab’s Mobile solutions for Retail, Retirement, and the Automated Investment Platforms. Our team is seeking a talented Junior Android Developer, who has a passion for using state of the art technologies to build compelling interactive mobile applications.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years experience developing large scale Android applications1+ year experience using Kotlin to develop enterprise grade applicationExperience with dependency injections (DI) and use of DI tools such as dagger 2 Experience writing Unit Test using various tools is requiredExperience writing UI test using tools such as Expresso/Cucumber is requiredExperience integrating with REST APIExperience with reactive programming is a plusExperience with RX Java is a plusExperience working with CI/CD and debugging issues that arises is a plusHands-on experience supporting multiple versions of Android SDKs, screen resolutions and device typesGood understanding of the Object Oriented (OO) design and development skillsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
