Your contribution will be: 

Develop & Maintain Mobile Applications: Design, build, and maintain our mobile applications using Android (Kotlin)]. Architecture & Performance Optimization: Ensure the mobile application architecture is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git). Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and an optimal user experience. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest mobile development trends, frameworks, and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities. Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance issues, crashes, and bugs in a timely manner. Security & Compliance: Ensure mobile applications meet security standards and industry compliance requirements.

To be successful, we think you need: 

2+ years of experience in mobile application development with a strong background in Android (Kotlin)]. Proven experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications. Strong proficiency in native mobile development using Android (Kotlin), with a deep understanding of mobile architecture, design principles, and UI/UX best practices. Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful APIs to enable seamless data communication between mobile apps and backend services. Skilled in maintaining and enhancing existing codebases, including debugging, refactoring, and ensuring code quality through clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Takes initiative and ownership of tasks, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to improve application performance and stability. Experience working in cross-functional teams within a collaborative, Agile environment, following methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and leveraging CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment.

Nice to have: 

For Android developers, proficiency in Java is a plus. Experience in setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
