Project overview :

Looking for solid experience in Android framework topic such as Multimedia and camera, Android HAL etc.

Experience:

Solid expertise in AOSP, AAOS, Android framework and services (such as Multimedia, camera).Solid expertise in Android HAL’s, Car Framework, Android graphics pipeline, DRM, Codecs.Good experience in working in Linux Kernel configurations to enable the Android container and VM based solutions.Good knowledge in Hardware abstraction layers in Android and/or Linux.Programming using C/C++, Java/Kotlin, Linux.Good understanding of the git, CI/CD workflowExperience in agile based projects.

Job Responsibilities

Design and Development of Android framework components and hal services tailored to run on automotive platform.Customization of android automotive framework (eg:audio, video, camera) in alignment with MBOS platformPerformance measurement and optimization of components to meet automotive KPI’sCo-working with User concept to bring the product based design concept.Working with multi location team and product owners to bring the customer centric android app integration in Car multimediaQuick learning of both Embedded Android and Linux technologies to perform the full stack Android development.

Preferred Skill:

Experience with automotive-grade Android platformsKnowledge of automotive protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet)Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Python, C#)Certification in Android or related technologies
