Anesthesia Provider Recruiter (CRNA/AA) - Remote

Overview:
Baylor Scott & White Health, one of the largest and most comprehensive health systems in Texas, is seeking an experienced and dynamic CRNA/AA Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs). You will play a critical part in supporting our anesthesia departments by sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent, ensuring that we meet the growing demand for skilled anesthesia providers. Your work will help ensure that we continue to provide exceptional, compassionate care to our patients.

As a CRNA/AA Recruiter, you will drive recruitment efforts, build specialized talent pipelines, and develop innovative sourcing strategies tailored specifically to anesthesia professionals. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure an excellent candidate experience from outreach through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nLead recruitment efforts specifically for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs).\nManage the entire recruitment cycle for anesthesia providers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.\nDevelop passive candidate pipelines through networking, direct outreach, online research, and creative sourcing techniques focused on the anesthesia field.\nBuild and maintain talent communities through relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to engage CRNAs and AAs.\nExplore and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality anesthesia talent.\nCollaborate with anesthesia department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.\nOversee the full recruitment process—from initial sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.\nAdvise hiring managers on best practices for evaluating anesthesia candidates, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.\nDrive diversity and inclusion efforts by promoting diverse candidate slates and ensuring unbiased hiring practices.\nUse data-driven insights, including labor market and competitor data, to enhance recruitment strategies for anesthesia providers.\nFoster strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service at all stages of the recruitment process.\nMentor and support fellow team members in recruitment, providing coaching and sharing best practices.\nTrack and report on recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize recruitment strategies.\nEnsure compliance with healthcare recruitment laws, hiring policies, and organizational standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\n\n

Preferred:

\n\nExperience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for anesthesia professionals (CRNAs and AAs).\nProven success in sourcing and building passive talent pipelines for CRNAs and AAs through social media, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on anesthesia providers.\nAbility to influence hiring managers and stakeholders to align on anesthesia recruitment strategies.\nProficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.\nIn-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment best practices, employment laws, and hiring policies specific to anesthesia professionals.\nAnalytical thinking and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions about CRNA/AA recruitment.\nStrong problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges in anesthesia staffing.\n\n

\n\n\nEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.\nEXPERIENCE: 5 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years of experience specifically recruiting CRNAs/Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs).\n\n\n
