Anesthesia Technician - Full-time
Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Anesthesia Technician to support our team at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta. Be part of a dynamic team focused on providing exceptional patient care.

Job Description:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No nights, weekends, or holidays!)

What You’ll Do:Equipment Management: Clean, disinfect, and set up all types of anesthesia equipment.Patient Support: Assist anesthesia providers with patient assessment, monitoring, transport, positioning, IV insertion, invasive lines, and airway management.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide daily equipment maintenance and address malfunctions.Supply Management: Order and stock necessary supplies.Room Turnover: Facilitate efficient and safe room transitions between procedures.

What You Bring:1 year or more of clinical experience (Preferred)Anesthesia Technician Certification (Preferred)Active listing on the State of Maine CNA Registry (Preferred)Basic analytical ability required for equipment calibrationKnowledge of sterile techniques and infection control protocolsStrong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with anesthesia providers and support staffBasic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification (Required within 6 months of hire)
