Anesthesia Technician - Pain Management - York - PRN - Days Location: York Hospital, York, PA Schedule: PRN/Per Diem Schedule: PRN - 2-Shifts per month Pain Management St Charles Way, York Day shift General Summary Performs a variety of duties to assist the Anesthesiologist/Nurse Anesthetist/Surgical team with clinical procedures. Prepares and sets up operating room with required supplies and equipment. Cleans equipment and rooms and restocks supplies and medications. Essential Functions: + Prepares and sets up operating room with required supplies and equipment. + Cleans and stocks all operating rooms and supply carts with necessary anesthesia supplies and emergency drugs. + Cleans and sterilizes all equipment used in the administration of anesthesia. + Monitors departmental supply levels and orders supplies as necessary. Common Expectations: + Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards. + Participates in educational programs and in-service/department meetings. + Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. + Attends meetings as required.
