Overview The Arlington Division is looking for partner-track physicians who are interested in doing most of your own cases with a minor component of care team leadership. We also have employment opportunities with a fixed salary, fixed hours, and reduced call, if so desired. We cover several hospitals and surgery centers in the Arlington/Mansfield area. You will primarily be working at the following facilities: Arlington Memorial Hospital, Methodist Mansfield Hospital, USMD Arlington Hospital, and Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital. We have a wide variety of cases that we cover. We have 3 hospitals that we cover OB with an average of 150-200 deliveries per month. With a heavy orthopedic practice, regional skills are preferred. We also have a separate CT/thoracic call team so no hearts/lungs required. Pediatric cases available, but not required. Call requirement is approximately 3 major calls (1st OR call/OB) and 3-4 minor calls (more like a late stay in OR) per month. 1st OR call is home call and OB is 16 or 24 hours in house call. Job Highlights Qualifications • All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program. • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology. • Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
