The Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s North Hospital is looking for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) to join our Anesthesia Care Team. You will have the opportunity to care for Kansas City’s Northland patients  undergoing a wide range of procedures with 5 supervising anesthesiologists. Saint Luke’s North Hospital off of I-29 and Barry Road has 5 ORs and 2 GI suites with likely expansion in the near future and a bustling OB unit.

Experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) and new grads are welcome to apply!

The Schedule:

Schedule consists of four or five shifts per week. In-house call covering OB at night and on weekends with physician anesthesiologist supervision. Ability to arrive late on call day and get a day of post call.  Call is compensated in addition to a VERY competitive base salary.

The Work:

Administer general anesthesia, sedation, and regional anesthesiaOpportunity to manage cases in general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, robotics, endoscopy and plasticsThis position will NOT be responsible for trauma, cardiac, thoracic, craniotomy or big neuro casesAbility to work with a collaborative group of established physician anesthesiologists with ample autonomy both at work during the day and on-call overnight.Mix of employed and non-employed surgeons in a very collegial OR environment

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Cert Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Various

Master's Degree
