POSITION: Angel Tree Worker

LOCATION: The Salvation Army – Kroc Center – Phoenix, AZ

DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Christmas Angel Coordinator

STATUS: Part-time Temporary

The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Phoenix is looking to fill an Angel Tree Worker position. The successful candidate for this position will have excellent customer relations skills. This position is a part-time seasonal opportunity.

The Angel Tree Worker will monitor/oversee the placement of tags on trees and help with gift wrapping. This person will check out tags to donors by completing receipts. This person will receive and give receipts for gifts/monies returned by donors. This employee will bag toys/gifts received prepare for daily pickup, and respond to the public regarding questions about the Angel Tree program. The Angel Tree Worker will ensure supplies are stocked and clean up the mall booth at the end of each day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required Must have own transportation Ability to pass a background check Excellent customer relations skills

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate a telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
