**Angle Roll Operator** **Job Description:** Join our dynamic team as an Angle Roll Operator! In this role, you’ll set up and operate a state-of-the-art Adobe plate/angle roller on our roll forming line to create precise longitudinal bends, rolls, and profiles. You’ll be responsible for adjusting digital dies and ensuring the shell plate is rolled to exact specifications using cut-outs. Additionally, you’ll operate secondary equipment and overhead cranes to handle materials efficiently. We welcome candidates with extensive fabrication machine operator experience who are eager to train as roller operators. While top pay is reserved for experienced roller operators, we offer competitive compensation and a supportive environment for those willing to learn. Experience with various fabrication machines such as press brakes, burn tables, band saws, iron workers, punches, spear burners, shears, pipe profilers, plate rollers, and angle rollers is highly valued. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate the Adobe plate/angle roller + Adjust digital dies and roll shell plates to required degrees + Verify specifications using cut-outs + Operate secondary equipment and overhead cranes **Hard Skills:** + Rolling machine operation + Roller operator experience + Steel fabrication **Job Type:** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with an initial duration of 6 months. **Work Environment:** + Start on day shift for 10 months, then rotate to night shift for 2-4 months, and back to days for 6-10 months + Day shift: 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, with Saturdays as needed + Night shift: 4:15 p.m. - 2:45 a.m. Monday - Friday, with a $1.25 shift differential + Expect to work 40-70+ hours per week depending on workload + Work in a fabrication area and rig up yard, non-climate controlled . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
