Job Characteristics: Contributes strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding applications development. Recognized across the organization for applications development expertise and sought as a resource for resolution of unique or complex application development problems. Leads application personnel to solve complex applications development projects involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple business units. Assigns personnel to various projects and directs their activities; reviews and evaluates their work and prepares performance reports. Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods. Responsible for quality assurance review.
Education/Work Experience: Degree and eight or more years of significant experience.
Independence Level/Reports to: Recognized master in professional discipline typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: establishing operational plans for job area. Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results. Leading teams and providing coaching to associates. Requires communication with leadership. Normally Reports to Sr. Leader or Director.
