Pay Rate/Hourly Rate/shift differential: $25.39/hr. + $.65/hr. night differential

 

Shift/Working Hours:  2-2-3,  5:45pm - 6:00am

 

The wage for this role is $25.39 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. Key responsibilities

Responsible for packaging and palletizing the products produced on the KBS Anhydrous Dryer.

Performs scale checks, takes and submits samples to the Lab. per specified frequencies. Assists Operators and other packagers, preparing bags, room cleaning, dryer cleaning, bag staging and warehousing production. Responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of the KBS Anhydrous dryer bagging system as assigned. Takes appropriate action whenever the raw material or finished product does not meet Standards highlighted in Sop`s, EPL, and processing logs Rotates packaging product on the KBS Anhydrous dryer operations with operator and refinery assistant. Performs assigned data entry, record keeping and process monitoring functions according to established procedures in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for all EPL related record and data entry. Initiates the cleaning of bagging rooms and related equipment per Kerry Master Sanitation Schedules, SQF, Dryer and packaging cleaning check lists, and Regulatory requirements. Continuously works to maximize On Product hours and to minimize the off-Product hours. Qualifications and skills

·      This position requires a high school diploma, or GED.

Previous Manufacturing a plus Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job. Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions. Have basic math skills. Ability to work safely. Ability to operate forklift and pallet movers. Ability to lift 50lbs and the ability to kneel, bend over, squat, stoop, and carry. Ability to work in warm and dusty environment. Ability to work accurately in a timely manner
