Job Description

Overview

As project manager, oversees everything from planning and production to monetization of anime works. Responsible for the formation of the production committee, quality control, media development, promotion of merchandising and licensing business, and realizing business growth.

Finding Original

Have deep knowledge of the animation market and production process, identifies original works for production, develops plans, and creates hit content that becomes company assets.

After creating a project proposal and a projected profit and loss statement and obtaining management approval, we negotiate a contract with the production studio and begin production.

Form and operate a production committee as necessary. Within the company, we collaborate with various departments such as marketing, advertising, and sales to ensure expected profits and maximize content.

In addition, as a member of NBCUniversal, we will comply with compliance and laws and contribute to the development of the brand.

Basic knowledge of the original story, anime, music production essentials and production processBasic knowledge of licensing (rights structure, royalties, etc.)Skills to create a proposal based on an understanding of the business and investment return modelInfluence and negotiating skills with sponsors and creatorsBasic English proficiency and fluent written and oral communication skills in Japanese
