General Summary
Plans, coordinates, executes and reports on annual or targeted giving campaigns, employee and physician fund raising, and selected annual, major and planned giving donors. Develops/implements effective solicitation, cultivation and stewardship strategies and programs. Works as one integrated philanthropy team to implement best practice philanthropic strategies, build a culture of philanthropy at WellSpan and build standard, efficient processes where appropriate.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
5 years Related experience. Required and Annual giving or major gifts fundraising experience. RequiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven track record of organizing and executing campaigns. Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers. Ability to think strategically. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to perform basic database functions, including donor information entry and running basic queries and reports. Computer applications skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge). Strong writing skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
