Annual Giving Manager Position Summary 

The Annual Giving Manager plays a pivotal role within the Hospital Foundation's fundraising team, under supervision of the Foundation President this position focuses on developing, implementing, and managing strategies to cultivate and steward annual donors and grateful patients. This position is responsible for creating and executing initiatives that engage current and prospective donors, ultimately driving philanthropic support for the hospital's mission and programs.

 

Annual Giving Manager Position Requirements  

Education

A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience

Minimum five(5) years in a management position is required and three (3) years’ experience in philanthropy is preferred. Raiser's Edge database or equivalent experience is required. Health Care experience and knowledge of the local community is preferable.

 

Annual Giving Benefits 

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
