**Hiring an Anodizer/Plater for Metal Finishing!**
**M-Th 6:00am-4:30pm**
**$21-28/hr DOE**
**Job Description**
+ This is an Aerospace job shop position. The individual will be working on the line and will be in charge of plating.
+ Responsibilities include assisting with getting the product ready by racking the fixtures and using a manual hoist to move fixtures from one anodizing bath to the next.
+ There are a total of 8 tanks on each side, and the individual will manage the timer for how long each fixture needs to stay in the plating tank.
+ The plating tanks are filled with different acid solutions which create different anodic coatings.
+ They are NADCAP certified for aluminum anodizing, which allows them to meet criteria for corrosion protection and electrical conductivity.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with prepping, racking, and packaging of parts.
+ Use a manual hoist to move fixtures between anodizing baths.
+ Manage the timer for plating durations.
+ Handle different acid solutions to create anodic coatings.
+ Ensure compliance with NADCAP certification for aluminum anodizing.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of experience as an Anodizing Line Operator.
+ Stable work history.
+ Good math skills (basic addition and subtraction).
+ Good hand strength and dexterity.
+ Ability to read and write.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with plating, anodizing, and chemical handling.
+ Experience operating cranes and overhead cranes.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
