Job Title: Test Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for programming software in C/C++ or MATLAB to automate test fixtures, developing test software for Nearfield and Compact Antenna Range, troubleshooting RF issues, supporting technicians, and analyzing test data. This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with both software and hardware in the DOD/Aerospace community.

This position offers a weekday 1st shift (M-F) opening that requires a Secret Clearance to start and eligibility for SAP clearance. Work will be conducted in a mixed environment, including indoor and outdoor antenna test ranges at our BWI campus. Engineers will collaborate with RF design engineers to create test equipment and automated test software for RF products. The lab operates 24/7, with multiple shifts needing coverage to transition work each day from the first shift to the second shift.
