Job Title: RF Test Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a motivated RF Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing software in C/C++ or MATLAB to automate test fixtures, troubleshooting RF issues, and supporting program meetings to develop root cause and corrective actions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career engineer to gain hands-on experience working with both software and hardware in a dynamic environment.

The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor Antenna Test Ranges at our BWI campus. Engineers will work with RF design engineers to create test equipment and automated test software for RF products. The environment is mixed, involving lab work and indoor/outdoor ranges. The lab operates 24/7 with multiple shifts to ensure continuous coverage. There is a weekday 1st shift (M-F) opening that requires a Secret Clearance to start and SAP eligibility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $43.27/hr.
