Anthropologie is seeking a passionate and analytical Paid Search Coordinator to join our growing Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, development, and ongoing management of search engine marketing campaigns to drive traffic growth, brand awareness, and maximize return on ad spend to increase revenue. This role will also partner closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to communicate goals, performance, and key business initiatives.
Role Responsibilities Partner with Paid Marketing team and search agency to manage, analyze, and report on day-to-day performance of Paid Search tactics using data and trends to optimize campaigns & strategies.Partner with Paid Marketing Manager to manage budget delivery, flighting, and pacing. Assist with campaign development; curate creative, research keyword ideas, suggest landing pages, develop ad copy, investigate audience opportunities, etc. Communicate channel level performance on a weekly & monthly basis to internal leadership with an emphasis on leveraging product and campaign trends to impact current performance. Cross-collaboration with various internal teams including Analytics, Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Management, and Finance. Role Qualifications 0-2 years of hands-on experience in SEM or performance marketing, preferably in the fashion/retail industry. Agency experience a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights & proposals.Basic understanding on Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Advertising.Excel proficiency with experience using pivot tables and basic formula.A passion for our business, an understanding of the Anthropologie brand, and a desire to contribute to the company’s growth & success.#LI-BL1
